We're looking for an experienced and reliable cannabis Grow Team Member that has the ability to work as a Weekend Lead to help our grow team stay on task, pitch in to help team members, and follow set procedures.
Please note:
This is not an entry-level position and requires cannabis grow skills and working knowledge of cloning, transplanting, pest management, harvesting, etc.
Must have experience working with live plants in a commercial grow operation Dispensary counter sales are NOT relevant to this position - must have grow actual experience Applicants with no grow experience will automatically have resume rejected We strive to be a no-drama workplace with a great crew that works well together.
Busy cannabis farm located in rural Banks, OR - great rural commute for someone living on the west side of town (Beaverton, Aloha, Hillsboro, Forest Grove, Cornelius).
Please map the drive if you are not familiar with the area as it is not in town and requires reliable personal transportation.

00 AM - 3:
30 PM Regular work schedule TBD, but we operate 7 days a week Initial training period may be Monday - Friday for appx.
first 4 weeks Rural area, not on bus route Must be able to take direction and follow set procedures Commercial grow operation experience preferred, grow skills definitely required We operate 365 days a year and schedule shifts accordingly.
Rotating holidays may be required that fall on normally scheduled shifts.
Pay range $18.
00 - $24.
00 per hour depending upon work experience/skills, increases based on merit Benefits include:
Paid sick time after 90 days Paid floating holidays after 90 days Paid 40 hours vacation after 1 year, additional day each year thereafter 401k plan available after 1 year of full time employment Requirements:
Must be over 21 years of age Current OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit required - please include your number when applying or receipt of having submitted passing test to OLCC Must have valid Oregon Drivers License Work in both indoor grow room operation and seasonal outdoor field in all weather conditions Duties will include maintaining plants, irrigating, feeding, pruning, transplanting, propagation, and pest management, harvest, help breakdown, clean, and reload grow rooms post-harvest Must consistently keep accurate, legible notes and have strong attention to detail Ability to work on feet all day, climb stairs, perform repetitive motions, and lift, push, and pull 50 pounds as needed throughout the workday Job Type:
